I'm 17 years old, and I live in Europe, Macedonia (if you've ever heard of it). I really like to visit Japan .. and .. if it's possible, to stay there... So..can you give me an advice, or something?

Jelena,
That's a very open-ended question. Answers will depend on whether you just want to visit for a short period, study here, or work here. All these situations have been discussed many times before on this forum, so I would recommend reading through the archives first, and then ppost more specific questions here.

People of Macedonia can stay in Japan for up to three months as a "temporary visitor" without visa. But during this stay you cannot work and you will have to finance all your travel costs beforehand. To work in Japan you need a visa and a Japanese company to sponsor this visa, this means you have a specific job skill a Japanese company is interested in. Japan is not an immigration country.
