Could someone tell me if there is normally snow end of november? ascents are possible ? any good website with pictures? topos ?
I have some experience of winter mountaneering and ski mountaneering in the Swiss Alps.

I hear the first snow has fallen on Mt. Fuji already. There will definitely be snow above 3,000m by that time. If you have winter mountaineering experience and equipment it is possible to climb at that time of the year although transportation is limited and you wouldn't want to climb alone.
