Reversion to Islam

I'm a indian muslim living in Japan.
I'm in love with someone and we want to get married.
She is Japanese and would like to convert to Islam.
Does anybody know of a place to do that (officially) ?
If someone has had some experience (good/bad) beforehand, it would be very nice if they can share.
Also, I'm a little worried about her and would be nice if there are some suggestions of things to take care, etc.
Looking forward to some helpful responses.

Hi Sami, I'm egyptian, and I plan to go to japan, so please tell me here, or by e-mail abdollaramadan@yahoo.com, if things went smoothly. I don't think in japan reversion to islam should be a problem, right? If you stil have problems tell me, i might be able to help.
