Are there good western Dr. in Shinagawa-ku?If,please help with more information.

Can you specify what you are looking for? An English speaking doctor, a western educated doctor, a doctor who is from a western country?
If it is an English speaking doctor that you are looking for you can contact your embassy who usually maintains a list.

There are not that many foreign doctors practicing in Japan, so if you want to see one you will most likely have to travel out of Shinagawa ku- it is not that big an area anyway. I know of the King Clinic in Harajuku, the International Clinic in Minato ku, and the British Clinic which is near Ebisu I believe, so none of those are more than about 20 minutes away.
