Nite Bus from Kyoto to Mt Fuji

We plan to take nite bus from Kyoto to Mt Fuji on 19th Nov. We note of this bus service http://www.fujisan.ne.jp/news/info.php?new_id=25&nca_id=3They only accept booking via call and not email. Izzit safe if we only make the booking once we at the Kansai Airport on 17th Nov. They say there is an information counter at airport and the people there can help us make the call. Or do u know of any nite bus service that we can book via email? Thanxx in advance.

as far as I know Mt Fuji isn't open for climbing between fall and spring. .. going on a night bus and sleeping poorly is pretty dreadfull to...
