1) How long will it take to walk from Maihama station to Disneyland entrance & DisneySea entrance respectively? I'm thinking of walking from Maihama station to Disneyland/DisneySea instead of taking the Disney resort monorail train. Pls advise.

Depending on your pace, it takes about 7-10 minutes to walk to Disneyland. I took the monorail to DisneySea because I knew it was quite a farther walk.
