Hello! I think there's a Docomo office at Kansai, but will I be able to cancel my phone contract there before I depart? It says it's only a rental shop, so I'm not sure... Thanks for any help you can give me:)

You can cancel your account at Kansai Airport docomo world counter at 4th floor of terminal building. There is a icon symbol of kaiyaku otetuzuki ga kano na shoppu :)
