Does anyone know if Keio Plaza Hotel Shinjuku provides FREE airport pick-up from Narita? Or does anyone have the email address for the hotel? I can't find it in the website.

Hi there is no FREE airport transfer in Japan... just exit the Arrival hall..and take the Airport bus to Shinjuku - area hotels.. you can check the following website for transfer: http://www.limousinebus.co.jp/e/index.html 1 way ticket - Yen 1,200 /adult & Yen 600/child Keio plaza resv email: rooms-reserve@keioplaza.co.jp
