l would like to know which is the JR pass to buy (is it East, West or ?)for the following itinerary:
From Nagoya to Gero to Takayama, Shirakawago, Kanazawa and maybe Ise. I will be there for only 7 days.

It is cheaper to travel by regular tickets than to buy a Japan Rail Pass.
