How to get Japanese visa Japan?

I want to go there for 5 days with my boyfriend and his parents, who are europeans so they don't need visa... also how much time will it take? I don't know anybody in Japan and currently I'm in Seoul, Korea (Korea agencies don't have this service)

I was there and they told m that I need to have anybody there otherwise it's impossible to make visa..But I don't have anybody in Japan!!!
