How do i get to Kuramae?

Hey. I arrive in Tokyo on 28th November and I have to get the underground to Kuramae. I got some instructions from the hostel I am staying at but they are a bit confusing. How do I get from the NEX station in Tokyo to Kuramae on the Toei Line?? I think I can easily manage from Okamachi station but how do I know which JR Yamanote train goes there. From looking at the tube map it seems that the track divides at kanda station. Any helo would be much appreciated.
