The page does not allow online registration, but it lists phone numbers to make registrations for the bus between Tokyo and Matsumoto.

Will it be too late to reserve for the bus when we are in Tokyo? We will reach on 10 Dec and need the bus on 14 Dec.

Am having the same problem for the shinjuku-hakuba bus. Went to the website and it seems we have to register as user first. If i ask someone to book for me, must the person go down to collect the tix personally or anybody will do? Can i go down personally to shinjuku to book but do i have to pay in advance or when i collect the tix? Thanks

If the bus is not booked out, you can buy the tickets at the bus terminal right before departure. Often, the bus is not booked out.

Doesn't the site require an address in Japan? How did you get an address in Japan?

Yes, it is the right URL. Select 新宿〜松本線 for the Shinjuku-Matsumoto service.
