I would like to know the cheapest way (best by coach or bus) to get from Kusatsu to Osaka

I assume you mean Kusatsu City in Shiga Prefecture (as opposed to Kusatsu Onsen in Gunma Prefecture).
The easiest way is by JR Tokaido Line (50 minutes by "special rapid", 1110 yen). I don't think there is a bus.

May I know the name of the train stations for both location?The above mentioned train stops at "Kusatsu Station" and "Osaka Station". In Osaka, it also stops at "Shin-Osaka Station". How to get from kusatsu onsen to kusatsu (shiga) station?Via Tokyo. How to travel between Tokyo and Kusatsu: http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e7403.htmlFrom Tokyo, take the Tokaido Shinkansen to Maibara (or Kyoto) and then a local or rapid train along the Tokaido Main Line to Kusatsu. It takes about 6 hours.
