Hmm probably s stupid question but Im just curious, is there any difference between:

- kawaii ne
- kawaii na
- kawaii yo

I heard people saying it differently.Do male n female use it differently?

Another question..I know in japanese Anata refers to 'you'. But is it true that anata can also refer to 'lover'? Eg: a gf calling her bf anata, is it common?

It's certainly not a stupid question, but I think any Japanese grammar guide can give you the full answer. Gender/age of the speaker also affects which particle you use.

Not just for lovers, but also for a husband. I don't think many people under the age of about 40 use it.
