Please can someone help with this. I saw in a song that using nowa is for like "as for the thing of (reading)" is fun.
it was. "shinjiteru no wa mune no doki doki"( detective conan)
But if did Shinjiteru koto wa mune no doki doki. What woul be the difference?

"no" and "koto" are both used for turning verb into a noun phrase. So in the example you gave, they are interchangeable.
"shinjiteru koto" = what I believe in, things I believe in
"shinjiteru no" = what I believe in
