How to register a docomo.ne.jp account?

Hello.
i had a friend had a docomo.ne.jp account, and i found out is reali hard to send him email from HOTMAIL..
i m wondering if i can register a docomo.ne.jp account so i can send him emails easily and he can send it back to me easily..
can you guys help me!!!

Jami,
The only way to get a docomo.ne.jp account is to buy a Docomo mobile phone. Docomo users often block non-mobile phone email, so you may need to ask your friend to unblock their phone. (See the other thread about problems emailing Docomo users.)
