Way to Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo in Feb

Is it easy to get a taxi to Keio Plaza Sapporo from Sapporo JR statin in the coming Feb. We will travel with 2 big luggages. Is it feasible to walk on snow with big luggages?

It would be a very brief taxi ride. Even if there is snow, the main streets and sidewalks would most likely have been cleared by workers, especially leading to/from a large station such as Sapporo.
