Hello everyone,

this phrase "XXは治ってなよかったね!”what purpose does the 「な」serve here?is it an abbreviation of something?

I would assume that it was a typo for either
"XXは治ってよかったね!"
or "XXは治ってなかったね!"
(more likely the first one)

But I'd wait and see what a Japanese native has to say.

I agree with Dave in Saitama. This "na" does not belong there.

"XXは治ってよかったね!" (It's good that XX recovered!)
or "XXは治ってなかったね!" (XX has not recovered, right?)
