Yes, about 5 minutes on foot.

It would help if you had a map, but there will be a map in front of the station on which you can check the location. You need to exit on the west (Hachiko) side of the station. Udagawacho 19 is just behind the Loft department store.

Yes, the Yamanote and other lines to and from Shibuya station will be pretty crowded, but we're not talking crush conditions.

At that time on a Friday evening though, Hachiko plaza and the streets in front of Shibuya station will be very crowded.
