Winter shopping in Tokyo

Will be in Tokyo in early February. Will the stores (such as Uniqlo and Gap) still be carrying winter clothes and accessories? I know many stores will be having their winter sales in January and wonder if by early February the items will be cleared away to make way for spring. Does Uniqlo stock a good amount of kid's winter stuff too?

Yea, winter clothes are still sold in thier shops coz in Feb its most coldest month in japan.

Thank you so much for replying. Was thinking of boosting some of my current stuff, which is not sufficient to withstand -20 degree celcius of some areas in Hokkaido.
