Just one note on "Please."
- The "Please" used when _you_ offer something to someone else, is "Douzo," like when you say "Please (go ahead/after you)," as you hold a door open for someone, or you want to offer a small gift to someone who has been kind to you, "Please (this is for you, accept it)."
- The "Please" when asking someone to do something _for you_, such as "A ticket to Roppongi, please," it is "onegaishimasu." This can also be used when you ask for a beer: "Biiru, onegaishimasu" (beer, please) would get you a beer :)

Sprite,
Either of the following can be used; somewhat literal meaning is given below.
XYZ (w)o kudasai = Please give me XYZ. XYZ (w)o onegaishimasu = I plead you for/I ask you for XYZ.
Also, colloquially, as haru wrote, XYZ, kudasai = XYZ, please/Give me, XYZ. ...would also get the message across as well :)

To O'sakana,
Hai? okii biru mo ippai kudasai
Are you trying to say "One more large beer please?" :) Then it should be: - Ookii biiru (wo) mou ippai kudasai.
