i'm over stay before here in japan but now i have permanent visa.do i have to worry if i want to visit my country and go back here again? thank's and more power

Just make sure to go to your local immigration office and get a reentry permit before you leave. They cost 3000 for a one time reentry permit or 6000 for a multiple use one. The multiple use one is good for the duration of your visa.
