Pls kindly advise the fastest and comfortable transfer of the following with an elderly: 1. Narita Airport to KEIO Plaza Hotel
2. Is it advisable to take a Romance car to return to KEIO Plaza Hotel in Shinjuku ? How to book in advance and how much ? How long is the journey and along the way, are there beautiful sights ? ( Becos we are taking a 1 day tour to Mt Fuji and stayin overnight at Yumoto Fujiya Hotel but coming back to Shinjuku the next day ) Elderly cannot walk too much.
3. Keio/Shinjuku to Karuizawa East and West for one night each as hotel in east is full.. - To travel to Karuizawa - To travel from East to West
4. After Karuizawa, we will head for Zagyosoh directly, can the elderly takes such journey and what are the ways for best travel ? Check out private airporter transport but very costly.. We seem to face similar problems with earlier posting except for some locations difference.
5. Zagyosoh to Shinjuku KEIO Plaza Hotel ?
Thanks. Please help to advise and provide more informations.

Narita Airport to KEIO Plaza HotelMost comfortable and possibly the fastest is the airport bus: http://www.limousinebus.co.jp/en/timetable/narita/shinjuku_h...Is it advisable to take a Romance car to return to KEIO Plaza Hotel in Shinjuku ?Yes. The Romance Car is a comfortable way to return from Hakone to the Keio Plaza Hotel. You will have to walk about 5-10 minutes or take a taxi from Shinjuku Station to the Keio Plaza. How to book in advance and how much ?At Shinjuku Station. About the prices and journey: http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e5206.htmlTo travel to KaruizawaI recommend to take the Shonan Shinjuku Line from Shinjuku to Omiya and then take the shinkansen: http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e6030.htmlTo travel from East to WestI have no idea what you are referring to. After Karuizawa, we will head for Zagyosoh directly, can the elderly takes such journey and what are the ways for best travel ?Take the shinkansen from Karuizawa to Tokyo Station and then the Odoriko limited express train from Tokyo to Izu Kogen Station. from where the ryokan can be reached in a 5 minute taxi ride. The whole journey takes 4 hours and is very comfortable: http://www.jorudan.co.jp/english/norikae/Zagyosoh to Shinjuku KEIO Plaza Hotel ?There are a few direct trains from Izu-Kogen Station to Shinjuku. Otherwise, a transfer is required along the way, for example, to the romance car at Odawara or the Shonan-Shinjuku Line somewhere between Odawara and Yokohama.

3. If you are talking about Prince Hotels "Karuizawa East" and "Karuizawa West," those are within walking distance of each other.

have you first tried to Google whatever questions you had in mind and also to look at the hotels' internet site for their location?
