Ski tour from Nagoya or Gifu

Hi,
I would like to go skiing during the week-end.
But my Japanese level is limited. I know there is ski tour by bus from Nagoya or Gifu station, but I don't know how, where and when I can go. I'm interested to go to Dynaland, Washigatake or Hakuba47 station.
Could you help me?
