Ryokan for 2 days of Tokyo Hny-moon trip

My wife to be and I are Honeymooning in Tokyo for 12 days and would like to go off to a nice Hot Springs for two evenings in the middle.

Any suggestions for a good Ryokan, I would really like something as follows:

Max Price: $150.00 per person per night (15000 yen Per person I think) could go higher if its worth it.

Room type: Traditional Japanese

Surroundings: Something nice to walk around (Mountains, woods, waterfalls ect..)

Distance to Tokyo: Something we could make in about 1-2 hours by train


If possible I would love a place (or somewhere close by) that we could pay to use a private bath together.

If you like to walk this is very close to hillsides of shrines and temples plus there is a nice waterfall about 30-45 min walk from the ryokan.
