If you want to say that, for example, to a friend of yours who said something nasty to you, then apologized, the friend keeps on worrying about it and keeps on apologizing, and you want to say it's OK, then the expression to use would be more like "It's OK, don't worry about it anymore." Then that would be:
- Mou ii yo. Ki ni shinaide.
