Will it be easy to find a taxi at Kitaoji Station, to get to Kinkakuji?
And will I be able to easily find a taxi from Kinkakuji to Kitaoji Station?

Yes, there is a taxi stand outside Kinkakuji and waiting taxis in front of Kitaoji Station. I have done it multiple times without any problems.
