Pls advise best travelling option for Narita- Asakusa, 2 days in Tokyo, train to Kyoto, trip to Nara and Osaka and back to Narita airporton the 5th day. How much will be the travel costs?

I recommend to use a 7-day Japan Rail Pass:

Narita to Asakusa with the Japan Rail Pass:
1) JR Narita Express to Tokyo
2) JR Yamanote Line to Kanda Station (one station)
3) Ginza Subway Line to Asakusa

Not pleasant during weekday rush hours.
