I have read the conflicting answers to this on this forum that Kintetsu Rail Pass for JPY3500 for 5 consecutive days can only be bought in yr home country. But Kintetsu's website states that it can be bought in Japan or am I reading it wrongly? An excerpt is here: "In Japan, the PASS is on sale exclusively at the Kansai Airport Agency within the KANSAI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT." Its website is here, scroll till u see the boxed info: http://www.kintetsu.co.jp/foreign/english/useful/ticket/rpw1... Can anyone confirm that the Kintetsu Rail Pass for JPY3500 can be bought in Japan? I would rather buy it in Japan & pay in JPY. Thanks.

As long as you buy it inside Kansai Airport at the counter, and you are a temporary visitor, yes.
