Hello,
We will be flying out of the US on May 4 to arrive in Japan May 5. This is the end of Golden Week... do you think we will have any problems?

Airports and trains to central Tokyo may be congested on the 5th as people come back from overseas trip. Other than that, I don't think you'll have a big problem.
