Fuji 5 lakes

Hi,
We are thinking of going to Fuji 5 lake area in two weeks, 3/15. Will Otsuki and the 5 lake area be covered with snow?
How about Mt. Mitake and Mt. Takao, will the train ride to those areas pass snowfields?
If we go to Mito to see Kairaku-en garden, will any trees be in bloom?

Otsuki unlikely. The 5 Lake area maybe. The average snow height in mid March is 3 cm.
How about Mt. Mitake and Mt. Takao, will the train ride to those areas pass snowfields?
Possibly but more likely not.
If we go to Mito to see Kairaku-en garden, will any trees be in bloom?
The plum trees are usually in bloom around that time.
