Hi, i little confused on the dates that you can buy the Seishun 18 Kippu ticket, in the web site at " http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2362.html" it indicate the sale dates are for spring is February 20 to March 31, But when using the JR East link to the http://www.jreast.co.jp/e/pass/seishun18.html web site it does not indicate that the ticket is for sale on those dates ? so who is the correct one? does those ticket are available in February 20 to March 31? pascal

The ticket is on sale three times a year, so the information on the JR East site is incomplete.
