I would like to find out the travelling time from Lake Kawaguchi to Yokohama by coach and from Yokohama to Tokyo city by Shingansen.

The bus journey from Lake Kawaguchi Station to Yokohama Station takes 2.5 hours:

From Yokohama Station to Tokyo, it takes about 30 minutes. You have various options. The shinkansen is not a practical option, because it stops at the remote Shin-Yokohama Station:
