save on train rides tickets?

will be in tokyo n visiting the anime fair, disneyland/sea, hello kitty land, major shoppin centres. any stored value train rides tickets? if going by individual train rides, will be very expensive. Any idea?

I recommend to use the NEX & Suica package, and re-charge Suica (prepaid IC card) when necessary:
