Tobu Nikko Free Passes diffrences

It says here that the Tobu Nikko free pass World Heritage covers free entrence to the main shrines and temples in central Nikko but it won't cover buses to Yumoto Onsen and Lake Chuzenji.
On the other hand, Nikko Free pass covers the bus rides to the onsen and lake but it doesn't cover free entrence to the temples.

Is there a way to get a pass that covers both buses and entrence fees and is it benefitial?
And if there isn't, How much does it cost to ride from Nikko to the lake and onsen and back?

I recommend to get the All Nikko Pass and pay separately for the admissions. Note that there is a combination ticket available for 1000 Yen that covers most of the shrines and temples of central Nikko.
