About places to see within Tokyo

Hi all,
It has been two weeks since I am in Tokyo.
I would like to explore things like aquariums,lakes,beaches ,etc. in or around the Tokyo area.
I am staying in Yotsuya.
I had been to the Shinagawa aquarium and enjoyed it thoroughly.
Could any of the other knowledgable members here suggest me some places to go ?
