Car Hire and passes for Hakone Fuji area

We arrive Narita 6.30pm Saturday night,we will take express train to Tokyo then Odawara then bus or Taxi to Fuji-Hakone Guesthouse.
How long will this take?
Where is the nearest car hire place?Do the cars have SatNav included?
We return to Narita 2 weeks later.
What type of passes should we buy just for the 4 express train trips and for the tourist sites around Fuji Hakone?

Take the 19.45 h Narita Express no 48 to Shinagawa, change to the Kodama Shinkansen no 601, transfer time 20 minutes and arrive Odawara at 21.50 h, train fare Yen 6300. For sightseeing within Hakone the 2 or 3 day Hakone Free Pass, no 14 day Pass available. You will stay 14 nights in Hakone and therefore carhire? To do what?
