A friend of mine gave me that address and i just want to know if the format is correct or there's still missing in it..

I believe the "Psushima" parts need to be changed to "Tsushima."The rest of OK, it's written in the conventional Japanese sequence, starting with "ken" (prefecture), then "shi" (city), etc.

You would reverse the sequence completely for the usual English order, as per Japan Post guidelines.
