Seat Reservation For Trains

Sorry if this has been asked before...
I intend to purchase a ticket on NEX or KeiSei Skyliner. Since seats on both trains are reserved, is it possible to reserve a seat for the next train arriving? (provided there are seats available).
I have totally no idea on this... Thanks for help.

Yes, generally thats how people do it at the airport. Since you never know if you're going to be delayed for arrival etc. People at the airport often reserve the next available train (at the train station ticket offices) for the next train they need.
