Is there anyway a cherry blossom can be laminated for someone? It's a silly question but I would love to somehow have a cherry blossom here in the USA. I've never even seen the sakura trees in real life. Although my friend Kumiko has sent me many pictures

. . . I've seen them laminated. I've also seen artwork or 'paintings' made entirely with dried flowers so I think it's possible, unless sakura petals turn brown when they die.
Actually, visit Washington D.C. They have sakura trees there that was a gift from Japan. I guess they bloom around same time frame of March/April.
