Can any one tell me how do i take the river Cruises in Osaka? I saw this web but it all in Japanese. http://www.ipponmatsu.co.jp/Where can I take this boat? Is it possible to take this boat from Osaka Sation to Osaka Castle? or Dontobori

there is no river by JR Osaka station. The cruises on Dotombori are done by other boats than the one going by the castle, to the best of my knowledge. take the loop line at JR Osaka station and get off at Osaka koen (park) walk to the river and take the boat there. your hotel should have a booklet anyway. don't forget to check the castle before or after the boat trip.
