Best time to visit Itsukushima Shrine

Hi, I plan to visit Hiroshima/Miyajama on 8-Apr-08 but won't stay overnight. I read from here that we should time the visit the Itsukushima Shrine with a high tide to experience the shrine and torii floating over water. What is such recommended time: Morning or Afternoon? Thanks for advice

High Tide at Miyajima on 8th April will be at 1038 so a morning visit is recommended.
