Entering the name "Yasuki" into my Japanese google returned the following four candidates for a name:
泰樹
康樹
靖樹

It depends on what you mean by "appropriate."

- If you *simply* like the name Yasuki and wants to use it as your "nick name" or something, and you are choosing kanji for that, then, yes, any of them does read "Yasuki," so it will be OK.

- But if you know someone Japanese with the name "Yasuki" and want to find out how to write that in kanji, then, the answer is NO. You will have to find out how *his* name is written, that is, what kanji he was given upon birth.

...and I'm sure there are many more other kanji combinations to write this name.. :)
