Me and my friend are staying in Osaka for 10 days and I was wondering if it was possible to go to Disney Land Tokyo for one day? Or is it to far away even by Shinkansen?

It's possible.

The train station nearest Disney is Maihama. It will take roughly 3 hours from Shinosaka station to Tokyo station by Hikari shinkansen and an additional 15 minutes from Tokyo to Maihama.
