I am trying to figure out how to work the cheapest fare from Ueno to Sapporro from http://www.japanrail.com/pdf/timetable_fare/timetable_fare51...

Can anyone tell me what it is, and then guide me through it? Does that include a bed? How much more if it doesnt?
