its from my japanese friend but I didnt really get it what she mean :(

I think she is trying to say that

she can listen to you, so if you needs any help(any friend to talk), she would like to help you.

Probably she is implying that she is there for you and is ready to go out to chat.

You know, even when we know there is no way to change things, we can feel better after we share things with friends.
She meant she can share things with you.
