i think the front one means "to grandson, because i love you". I'm not sure about the inside but i think it means something like "i hope you are fully well" or something

Japanese don't use "honey" or "love" to their girlfreinds.
So you have to use her nickname.
There's no way except that.
To make it special, they usually have their own nicknames each other.
It's not used by any others like their friends.
