1. what is the earliest bus from Tonosawa to Sengoku? or, Tonosawa to Gotemba?
cause i can't find any bus schedule.

2. itinerary:
Ichinoyu Honkan - Gotemba Premium Outlet - Sengokuhara (Lil Prince Musuem) - Hakone Open Air Museum - Gora - Owakudani - Togendai+lunch - Lake Ashi (on pirate ship) - Moto-Hakone - Ichinoyu Honkan

Is the above do-able, if i leave very early in the morning? cause i wish to be back to ryokan latest by 6 or 6:30pm....

On weekends only, there is a direct bus at 8:46. Otherwise, take the bus in direction of Togendai and transfer at Sengoku.

No. You would have lunch around dinner time. I am afraid you underestimate travel times. Note also that the outlet mall does not open until 10:00.

1. i plan to travel on Saturday, will there be more direct buses to Gotemba?

2. Basically i would have to change bus @Sengoku or Sengokuhara when there's no direct bus?

3. Do i still have to change another bus to get to Gotemba Premium Outlet?

4. is my itinerary do-able if i changed to below:-

Day 1
Ichinoyu - Chokoku-no-mori - Little Prince Museum - Gotemba - Ichinoyu by 6pm

Day 2 start @ 7am
Ichinoyu - HakoneMachi (Old Tokaido Rd, Cedar Tree Rd, Hakone Shrine = 2hrs) - Owakudani (30mins) - Gora -Odawara by 12 or 12:30pm
cause i will be going to Odaiba!!

On Saturdays, there are direct buses from Tonosawa to Gotemba Station at 8:46 and 14:01.

Yes, change to the Odakyu Hakone Highway Bus at Sengoku bus stop.

Do i still have to change another bus to get to Gotemba Premium Outlet?

Yes. From Gotemba Station, you will then have to take the free shuttle bus to the outlet mall (departures every 20 minutes).

There is an alternative route via Gora Station:
1) take the Hakone Tozan Railway from Tonozawa to Gora (35 minutes, frequent departures)
2) take a direct bus from Gora Station to the outlet mall. On Saturday there are departures at the following times: 9:40, 10:40, 13:20. 14:40, 16:20 and 17:20.
