I understand that Nov 15 (Saturday) is the date for this event, at some of the shrines in Tokyo. However, my flight doesn't get in until Sunday (from Canada). Will there be any tots in costumes on Sunday at the shrines? Which is the best shrine to visit if I want to photograph the kids in a picturesque setting?
