japan soon

im almost finishes high school and have always dreamt of going to live in japan since i was in the sixth grade so as soon as im done high school my parents have given me permission to as soon as im done . so i would also at the same time attend university in japan but cannot speak or write japanese .so plz tell me what i can do . what are the english universities in japan and what average do you need to get in to a good universities. and i would also like to stay in the hostels how much is that gonna cost plz help me i nees to know my options
